Brendan began his real estate career over 12 years ago and in that time has personally sold in excess of 1,020 homes. While he loved seeing people achieve their dream of a new home for their family, Brendan kept thinking that there had to be a better way of doing real estate - one with respect for the long term benefit of the client and one that focuses on customer satisfaction. While service is a given, our concentration is on hte outcome to give you the best possible experience with us.
As such, he started Brendan Leahy Real Estate in 2006. After many years of research and training, Brendan saw the need for a new system and Naked Real Estate emerged in 2012. The name reflects the company's primary objective of providing excellent customer service that is 100% transparent.
Brendan strongly believes in delivering an exceptional and incomparable service. Having lived and worked in the hills for over 12 years, Brendan has a wealth of experience in the area. Below is a map showing the properties Brendan has sold, all over Perth.

A friend recommended Brendan to me based on his own good experience, and I was similarly impressed. Brendan sold my property in Roleystone within two weeks of me contacting him, and for higher than the asking price. Naked Edge Real Estate in Cannington kept me constantly advised as to progress of the process, organised wonderful photographs for the web listing through Crib Creative, and also assisted me to organise some last minute fixes to the property. I was extremely happy with the service I received and would be pleased to recommend Brendan Leahy and Naked Edge Real Estate to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area." -

Brendan sold our house before we even had the chance to have one home open. The first buyer put an offer on in just 3 hours after we placed it on the internet! That buyer ended up falling through at no fault of Brendan, it was just bad luck. Brendan suggested we re-list our property and sure enough within 24 hours he phoned us with yet another offer at full price. We had some better luck this time! All in all, our house was still sold in less than a week. Brendan's knowledge of the industry is second to none, I've never felt more trust in an agent. He's completely honest and had our best interests at heart. His sales admin team are also fantastic and we were always kept up to date with the sale and what was going on. Given this was our first house that we sold, we couldn't be more thrilled. I couldn't recommend Brendan enough, we will definitely be back! " -

We could not have asked for a better selling process than our experience with Brendan and his staff. Our house was sold before any home opens or advertising were required. Brendan was easy to deal with, very knowledgable and went the extra mile for us to get our house sold." -
