Welcome to another market update from Naked Real Estate for the suburbs of Mount Nasura, Mount Richon and Kelmscott Hills.

For Mount Nasura, there are currently 28 homes for sale with no recorded sales during the month of July but 3 under offer contracts. The median price for the past six months is $430,000. The total number of styles for the last year was 72. Moving on now to Mount Richon. The number of homes for sale at the moment sits at 19. Sales for July of unconditional contracts sits at two and five under offer contracts. The median price for the past six months sits at around $477,000. Mount Richon has 46 sales for the last 12 months. Now, onto Kelmscott Hills. The number of homes currently on the market is 31. Sales in July, there was 2 unconditional contracts and 3 properties went under offer.  The median price for Kelmscott Hills at the moment sits at around $435,000 and the number of homes for the past year in Kelmscott Hills was 99.
