Armadale

For Armadale, the number of homes for sale at the moment is 88 and 21 units. The sold properties for the month of July were 11 with another 11 going under offer, and for units there were 4 sold. The median price for the past six months for houses is $310,000 and for units, $316,000. Sales for the past year was 277 and 101 units.

Seville Grove

In Seville Grove there are 44 homes for sale. For the month of July there was 8 sales and 11 under offer contracts. The median price for the last six months in Seville Grove is $410,000, sales for the past six month is 176.

Kelmscott

Let’s look at Kelmscott. There are 28 homes on the market at the moment. For the month of July there was only 2 sales and 4 under offer contracts. The median price for the past six months is $340,000. In Kelmscott for the past sixmonths has been 57 sales.
